- Scale: construction investment on 26 ha of area includes : 64 villas, 33 hillside vilas, 214 luxury aparment having 01, 02 or 03 bedroom(s), following by attached utilities such as: swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, shopping mall, restaurant, clubhouse and eco-park.

- Total investment: 1.590 billions VND.

- Investment progress: 2020 – 2023.

- Investment purpose: Make standard space and living-environment for specialist working in IT Park or High-tech Park.
