IT Park ‘s Manufacturing area

- Scale: 19 manufacturing lines, Electronic assembly according to SMT surface paste technology with wattage: 6,2 millions electronic products/year and apply the line equipments, machines of some brand such as: Yamaha (Japan), Ersa (Germany), Heller (US).

03 line will be put in to operation in 2020 and 16 line will be expected to operate in 2021.

- Total investment: 163 billions VND.

- Investment progress: 2020.

Researching, designing, developing Electronic product.
Producing Electronic product for some industries such as: Civil, Industry, National defense…
